So I’m a huge fan of Criterion Collection blu-ray releases. Not really a surprise, I know. I’ve never really considered myself a big film buff but I do appreciate and love the artform and like to throw myself into the best-of-the-best it has to offer. The films Criterion chooses to add to their curated collection always seem to be top notch, and I trust them to delivery high quality films in content and in quality of the deliverable. I’ve been collection Criterion Collection Blu-Rays for almost a decade now, and have a modest collection that I really love. Now I could talk highly of all the Criterion films I’ve acquired over the last ten years, but I thought I’d boil it down to my top 5 favorites.
